Si que lo hice por si acaso y no quedaron amargas jejjeje. Las partí por la mitad e hice unos cortes en el interior antes de sumergirlas en la salmuera


- Mientras se remojaban las berenjenas, hice un sofrito con la cebolla, el cebollín y el ajo, el cual cociné por 10 min aprox. Luego incorporé la carne vegetal con media taza de agua, un poco de sal y una pizca de comino y seguí cocinando por 10 minutos más a fuego bajo

- Mientras se cocina la mezcla y revolviendo de vez en cuando, saqué las berenjenas de la salmuera, las lavé muy bien y le saqué la pulpa con cuidado de no romper la cáscara... La pulpa la corté en cuadritos pequeños y los incorporé al pino...


- Pasados 10 minutos agregué el arroz a la mezcla y seguí cocinando por 5 minutos más

- Una vez pasado el tiempo, comencé a rellenar las cáscaras... La mezcla es bastante firme, si que pude hacer un "cerrito" en cada mitad... Luego coloque el queso y metí al horno a 200 grados por 15 minutos



- Hice papitas fritas para acompañar y de verdad que quedaron muy buenas! El sabor es muy agradable! Las recomiendo! Sobre todo para familias con integrantes vegetarianos como mi hija ☺️
