  1. Cortamos en cuadraditos los más fino posible la cebolla, el pollo, los champiñones y la berenjena (yo la he pelado pero es opcional)
  2. En un sartén ponemos un chorrito de aceite y cuando esté caliente agregamos la cebolla picadita
  3. Cuando la cebolla esté tierna agregamos el pollo y cocinamos cuando el pollo este hecho agregamos la demás verdura y dejamos que se cocine a fuego medio con sal al gusto (si vamos a utilizar tomate ya condimentado cuidado con la sal, mejor esperar a echar el tomate y entonces condimentar al gusto)
  4. Cuando el guiso esté bien cocinado agregamos el tomate y removemos bien hasta que todo quede bien incorporado cocinamos por 5 min y retiramos
    Aquí es donde sazonamos al gusto, yo agregue ajo en polvo, pimienta, sal y un.poquito de nuez moscada, albahaca y orégano
  5. En una olla añadimos agua suficiente para cocer la pasta y un poquito de sal y ponemos a hervir. Cuando empiece a hervir agregamos los espaguetis hasta que estén cocinados, los escurrimos y volvemos a echar en la olla junto a la salsa que habíamos retirado y ya se puede servir para comer
  6. Opcional podemos espolvorear queso parmesano por encima
