- Para el armado de la lasagna: puse una capa de masa seca, salsa, zanahorias, las berenjenas las lavé para sacarles la sal gruesa, queso fresco otra capa de masa y nuevamente zanahorias, berenjenas queso fresco, masa y salsa. Tantas capas como alcancen los ingredientes o el recipiente donde la hacemos. Arriba de todo le puse queso rallado. Horno por 30 minutos a 200 grados y listo.
