  11. 500 g. berenjena cortada en dados

  14. 3 tzas. salsa de tomate

  16. 1 cda. aceite de oliva
  17. 2 dientes ajos laminados o picados
  18. 1/2 cdta. tomillo seco
  19. 1/2 cdta. orégano seco

  21. 1 hoja laurel
  22. 1 cdta. sal (A su gusto)

    En una olla calentar el aceite y sofreír el ajo con la cebolla.

    Calentar una sartén con el aceite y sofreír el ajo con la cebolla.
    Agregar los pimientos y cocinar por 2 minutos.
    Agregar la berenjena y sudar los vegetales, pero que queden al diente.
  3. ARMADO DE LA PASTA
    Precalentar el horno a 232° C. / 450° F.
    Poner una olla con agua y un poquito de sal a hervir.
    Cocinar la pasta al diente,
    Pone la pasta en un recipiente redondo y agregar los vegetales cocinados, salsa de tomate, mitad del queso mozarela y mitad del queso parmesano.
  4. Rociar con aceite de vegetal 4 recipientes individuales.
    Dividir la pasta en los recipientes. Rociar por encima de la pasta el queso mozarela y queso parmesano.
    Colocar la pasta en el horno, dejar que se dore un poco por encima.
    Si su horno tiene parrilla que de calor por encima (“Broiler”), lo puede usar para dorar.
    Servir inmediatamente.
