Pelamos la calabaza, y las zanahorias, y las troceamos. Troceamos también la cebolla y la patata pelada.
Metemos en una olla, y cubrimos con agua. Echamos un chorro de aceite, sal y dejamos cocinar unos 15 o 20 minutos. Trituramos y ponemos el punto de sal y pimienta. Metemos en una jarra. - A la hora de servir, vierte en un plato hondo, las dos cremas a la vez, echándolas una por cada lado del plato, y verás como se juntan en el centro. Decoramos como más nos guste.
Yo le puse a la crema de calabaza unos ramilletes pequeñitos, de brécol, previamente escaldados un par de minutos, para que queden al dente. A la crema de brécol, le puse unos taquitos de calabaza, también previamente escaldados.
