  3. Cuando esté la carne cocinada, añadimos el tomate triturado, yo lo hice con la batidora, sofreír y añadir el vino, dejamos cocinar a fuego lento, mientras se termina de hacer la calabaza.
  4. Cuando ya tengamos todo, sacamos las calabazas del horno, abrimos a la mitad y vaciamos con la ayuda de una cuchara, nos deshacemos de las pepitas ya que no las vamos a usar aquí, pero podéis guardarlas y usar en otras recetas. Con cuidado de no romper la cáscara, añadimos la mitad de las calabazas en el relleno anterior y la otra mitad la guardáis y podéis hacer otras recetas con ella.
  5. Añadimos un poco de bechamel en la mezcla de la carne y la calabaza, nos disponemos a rellenar las calabazas, cubrimos con un poco más de bechamel, el queso azul y el emmental, gratinamos y listo ! Una receta que no se tarda nada en preparar pero merece la pena probar ! 😋👩🏻‍🍳🍁
