  1. Ponemos los garbanzos en agua en la olla expres desde el día anterior. Al día siguiente cambiamos el agua y volvemos a cubrir con agua
  2. Echamos en la olla la carcasa y restos del pollo, la cebolla, nabo, calabacín y si tenéis alguna verdura que queráis gastar también. Echamos agua sin que cubra del todo todas las verduras. Echamos las especias y ponemos a cocer a fuego medio alto.
  3. Cuando las verduras ya esté pochas, las pasamos a la batidora, batimos un poco y echamos esto de nuevo a la olla. Enjuagamos la batidora con agua y echamos este agua a la olla también. Ponemos la tapadera y el bombín de la olla exprés y ponemos a fuego medio alto durante 20 minutos.
  4. Pasado el tiempo esperamos a que suelte el vapor quitando el bombín, y quitamos la tapadera poco a poco. Añadimos la calabaza en trozos y el chorizo (esto al gusto). Y volvemos a tapar con el bombín durante 10 minutos.
  5. Pasado el tiempo quitamos la tapadera cuando se haya perdido el vapor. Probamos el garbanzo para ver si está listo, y si no seguimos cociendo. Sacamos la carcasa y restos del pollo para desmigar lo que tenga de pollo u tirar los huesos. Servimos y acompañamos con un poquito del pollo desmigado y listo!! Riquísimo!!
