  10. Una vez rompa a hervir, tenemos bastante caldo con trozos de carne. Podemos apartar y congelar lo que no usemos según el arroz que queramos preparar.
  11. Con el caldo que dejemos para comer, echamos dos puñados de arroz por comensal y lo cocemos.
  12. Una vez cocido el arroz, echamos perejil y dejamos reposar 5 minutos.
