  5. 40 ml Aove
  6. Unos 350-400 ml de agua

  2. Sofreír la cebolla hasta que queden transparente.

  5. Ahora añadir el agua y cocer durante unos 25 minutos.
  6. Dejar enfriar un poco y triturar hasta que quede fino.
  7. Añadir la cucharada de queso, sal y pimienta al gusto.
