- Con Thermomix: Ponemos la calabaza (160 gr.) cortada en trozos grandes dentro del vaso y picamos durante 10 segundos a velocidad 5-7-9. Añadimos el aceite de oliva (50 ml), la leche (100 ml), el azúcar (80 gr.) y los 2 huevos. Mezclamos bien durante 30 segundos a velocidad 6.

- Añadimos la harina integral (210 gr.), la pizca de canela y la levadura química (10 gr.). Volvemos a mezclar durante 15 segundos a velocidad 6.

- Sin Thermomix: Podemos poner la calabaza picada con la ayuda de una picadora, o pasada por el microondas hasta que esté blandita y la machacamos con un tenedor.
Después añadimos el aceite de oliva (50 ml), la leche (100 ml), el azúcar (80 gr.) y los 2 huevos. Mezclamos con unas varillas eléctricas.
Incorporamos la harina integral (210 gr.), la pizca de canela y la levadura química (10 gr.). Volvemos a mezclar hasta conseguir una masa homogénea. - Ponemos nuestra masa en cada uno de los huecos del molde de silicona y llevamos al horno.

- Con el horno precalentado los tendremos 15 minutos a 200ºC.

- Dejamos que se enfríen un poco antes de desmoldarlos para que no se rompan.

- Mientras vamos a preparar la cobertura.
Ponemos los chocolates con una cucharita de aceite de coco en un bol en el microondas y cada 30 segundos vamos removiendo hasta que se funda del todo.
Una vez fríos los donuts los pasamos por una cara por nuestros chocolates.

- También podemos pasar unos hilos finos de chocolate por encima. Como veis en las fotos quedan con un aspecto fantástico.


- Dejamos que se enfríen a temperatura ambiente para que no se endurezca demasiado el chocolate y a disfrutar.

- Podemos guardarlos en bolsas herméticas o cajas y nos aguantan varios días, aunque en casa no duran tanto.
