  7. Nos engrasamos un poco las manos con aceite y cogemos puñados de masa y hacemos bolas, las ponemos en la placa del horno encima de papel vegetal y las aplastamos un poco para hacer la forma de galleta.
  8. Horneamos unos 15 minutos y dejamos enfriar.
  9. Una vez frías, mejor las guardamos en un recipiente hermético en la nevera.
