Lo dejo escurriendo toda la noche - Al día siguiente peso la calabaza, me salió 1 kilo 400 gr, me parecía mucho echar 700 gr de azúcar, nos gusta dulce pero no empalagoso, y si es para rellenar cosa dulces sería demás de azúcar, por eso echo 450 de azúcar moreno
- En la cazuela echo la calabaza desmenuzada, el azúcar y la canela, lo doy vueltas hasta que el caldo que suelta se lo vuelva a reabsorber
- Ahora lo dejamos enfriar y ya tenemos para rellenar dulces
