- 2 cucharadas mantequilla sin sal
- 200 gr cebolla
- 700 gr calabaza
- 150 patatas
- 700 ml agua
- 1 pastilla avecrem pollo
- 150 ml nata líquida para cocinar

- Modo tradicional: Sofreímos la cebolla en una olla con la mantequilla a fuego lento. Una vez que la cebolla está frita, echamos la calabaza y las patatas. Movemos bien y dejamos 5 minutos. Añadimos el agua, la pastilla de avecrem disuelta y un poco de sal.
- Llevamos a ebullición, bajamos el fuego y lo dejamos cocer durante 25-30 minutos o hasta que las verduras estén tiernas. En la misma cacerola, batimos con una batidora, añadimos la nata, mezclamos hasta que se integre bien, damos un hervor, rectificamos de sal, si fuera necesario y ya tendremos lista una deliciosa crema.
- Modo chef o matic pro.: Sofreímos la cebolla en una olla con la mantequilla a fuego lento en modo cocina rápida durante 10 minutos. Una vez que la cebolla está frita, echamos la calabaza y las patatas. Movemos bien y dejamos 5 minutos en modo cocina rápida.
- Añadimos el agua, la pastilla de avecrem disuelta y un poco de sal. Modo horno 30-35 minutos. Batimos con una batidora, añadimos la nata, mezclamos hasta que se integre bien, damos un hervor, rectificamos de sal, si fuera necesario y ya tendremos lista una deliciosa crema. Espero que os guste.
