  5. Para el cous cous: en una fuente pondremos un vaso mediano de cous cous y añadiremos la misma cantidad de agua. Lo ponemos 2 minutos en el microondas, retiramos y añadimos una cucharada de mantequilla o margarina. Y lo removeremos con un tenedor hasta que se derrita la mantequilla y quede suelto el cous cous.
  6. Para servir primero en el plato ponemos el cous cous y después encima pondremos la carne y la verdura. También podemos echar un poco del caldo de la cocción. Y listo para comer.
