  4. Es momento de añadir la Quinoa inflada ecológica, el aceite de oliva y la salsa de soja. Ya tenemos nuestra mezcla.
  5. Ahora empapamos ligeramente un trozo de papel de cocina con aceite y “engrasamos” el molde.
  6. De esta manera, facilitaremos la posterior extracción. Ponemos los ingredientes en su interior y haremos un poco de presión para conseguir que adopte la forma deseada y evitar así que se derrumbe.
